Administrative Assistant (Full-time)

EDE Asset Management Inc. is currently offering a full-time Administrative Assistant

position in the financial industry. EDE Asset Management Inc. is a fast-growing boutique asset management firm located in Toronto. This position is an ideal growth and learning opportunity for a resilient individual who wants to have experience in the investment industry.

Responsibilities:

· Attend necessary internal meetings, assist in the preparation of presentations and reports;

· Provide administrative and office support, including maintaining the department calendar, organizing expense receipts associated with reimbursement and providing reception coverage;

· Ensure all documents are filed and distributed accordingly, assist with project related filing;

· Review documents, reports and correspondence for format, content, grammar and spelling;

· Process all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers;

· Assist with boardroom, calendar invites and conference call line bookings;

· Assist with fund service duties;

· Assist with HR related duties;

· Maintain clients relationship through web platform and wechat group;

· Create cheque requests as required;

· Assist in other ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:

· Bilingual (English/Mandarin)

· Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Superior attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

Required education:

· Undergraduate degree

· Accounting major an asset
